Power Training, Athletic Training and Human Performance are all measured in action. A maximum lift, agility drill time, vertical leap and biking/running times are all actions. We apply the S.A.I.D.(Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands) principles to our performance training. After establishing the proper level of conditioning and biomechanics we apply the appropriate stimulus to maximize neuromuscular coordination and physiological adaptation for the desired actions.
